On Thursday (Dec. 10) the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) reported 1,883 new confirmed cases and 63 probable cases of COVID-19.
DHEC also reported 12 new deaths and 3 probable deaths related to COVID.

Anderson County reported 119 new cases.
Greenville County reported 302 new cases and 2 probable cases.
There were no new deaths reported for either county.

This bring the total number of confirmed deaths related to COVID to 4,291 and 336 probable deaths.
There were 8,828 new individual test results reported statewide (not including antibody tests)  with 21.3% positive.

There were 1,232 COVID patients in hospitals with 292 in ICU and 124 on ventilators.
