Anderson County Sheriff’s Detectives have identified the vehicle involved in the alleged hit-and-run incident that occurred December 13, 2020 on White Street Extension and Shockley Ferry Road in Belton.
Following the investigation, detectives determined the incident did not involve anintentional act of harm as was previously considered. Stephen Combs, ACSO Public Information Officer said, “The Sheriff’s Office appreciates the assistance of the community and our media partners who helped identify the vehicle involved. At
this time, no charges are pending and the case has been turned over to South Carolina Highway
Patrol for review.”
