On Saturday (Dec. 26) the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) reported 3,111 new cases and 151 probable cases of COVID 19. DHEC reported 74 deaths and 7 probable deaths.

Anderson County reported 70 new cases and one death.
Greenville County reported 228 new cases and one probable case.
This brings the total number of deaths related to COVID to 4,736 and probable deaths to 388.

There were 14,427 new individual test results reported statewide (not including antibody tests) with 21.6% positive.

There were 1867 COVID patients in hospitals with 380 in ICU and 175 ventilated.

Anderson County reported 198 new cases and one death. Greenville County reported 897 new cases and 1 death.
There were 1780 COVID patients in hospitals with 365 in ICU and 177 ventilated.

This brings the total number of confirmed to 4,764 and probable deaths to 391.

There were 18,600 individual test results reported statewide with 23.5% positive.

 

On Dec. 24, DHEC reported 2,260 new cases and 96 probable cases.
DHEC reported 11 deaths and 4 probable deaths.

10,218 new individual test results were reported statewide (not including antibody tests)
with 22.1% positive

On Dec. 23, DHEC reported 3,599 new cases and 104 probable cases.

DHEC reported 49 deaths and 3 probable deaths related to COVID.

There were 16,330 new individual test results reported statewide (not including antibody tests) with 22% positive

On Dec. 22, DHEC reported 2,055 new cases and 32probable cases of COVID19
DHEC reported 15 deaths.

There were 11,356 new individual test results reported statewide (not including antibody tests) with 18.1% positive.

On Monday (Dec. 21) DHEC reported 2,121 new cases and 34 probable cases.
DHEC reported 21 new deaths and 6 probable deaths.
9,796 new individual test results reported statewide (not including antibody tests) with 21.7% positive .

On Sunday (Dec. 20) DHEC reported 2,583 new cases and 25 probable cases of COVID19.
New confirmed deaths were 36 with 4 probable deaths.

On Saturday (Dec. 19) DHEC reported 2,919 new cases and 79 probable cases of the novel coronavirus. DHEC reported 16 deaths and 7 probable deaths related to COVID.

Anderson County reported 166 new cases and 1 probable case and 2 deaths.
Greenville County reported 546 new cases, 1 probable cases and 4 deaths.

This brings the total number of deaths related to COVID to 4,529 and 366 probable.

There were 12,767 new individual test results reported statewide (not including antibody tests) with 22.9% positive.

There were 1461 COVID patients in hospitals with 311 in ICU and 148 ventilated.

On Friday (Dec. 18) the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) reported 3,648 new confirmed cases of COVID 19 and 130 probable new cases.

Anderson County reported 137 new cases and 3 deaths related to COVID.
Greenville County saw their daily case number double, reporting 622 new cases, one probable case and 3 deaths related to COVID.

DHEC reported 28 COVID related deaths and 1 probable death related to COVID.

This brings the total number of deaths related to COVID to 4,512 and probable to 360.
There were 14,060 new individual test results reported statewide (not including antibody tests) with 25.9% positive.
There were 1460 COVID patients in hospitals with 315 in ICU and 143 ventilated.

On Thursday (Dec. 17) DHEC reported 2,023 new confirmed cases and 136 probable cases of COVId-19. DHEC also reported 39 confirmed deaths and 4 probable deaths related to COVID.

This bring the total confirmed deaths related to COVID to 4,484 and probable deaths to 359. There were 8,357 new individual test results reported statewide (not including antibody tests) with a positivity rate of 24.2%.
