On Wednesday (Feb. 17) DHEC reported 655 new cases and 237 probable cases of COVID-19. DHEC also reported 50 deaths and 12 probable deaths related to COVID. There were 9,746 molecular test results reported with 9.1 percent positive.
Statewide there were 1,205 COVID patients in hospitals with 278 in ICU and 162 on ventilators.
