SCDHEC Update Apr. 13, 2021
On Tuesday (Apr. 13) SCDHEC reported 447 new cases and 256 probable cases of COVID-19. DHEC also reported 12 deaths and 1 probable death related to COVID. There were 11,206 molecular test results reported with 5.0 percent positive.
Anderson County reported 19 new cases and 13 probable cases of COVID. Greenville County reported 66 new cases, 29 probable cases and 4 deaths related to COVID.
There were 544 COVID patients in hospitals across the State with 144 in ICU and 65 on ventilators.
On Monday (Apr. 12) DHEC reported 453 new cases and 300 probable cases of COVID-19. There were no deaths reported. Anderson County reported 8 new cases and 9 probable cases. Greenville County reported 75 new cases and 31 probable cases. There were 15,333 molecular test results reported with 4.0 percent positive.
On Sunday (Apr. 11) DHEC reported 588 new cases and 375 probable cases of COVID-19 as of Fri. Apr. 9. There were 2 deaths and 1 probable death reported related to COVID.
There were 17,802 molecular test results reported with 5.1 percent positive.
Anderson County reported 8 new cases and 7 probable cases.
Greenville County continues to lead the state in new cases with 73 new cases and 42 probable cases.
Horry County was new with 54 new cases and 48 probable. cases..
There were 498 COVID patients in hospitals with 131 in ICU and 67 on ventilators.
