The Spring Water Festival Committee is in the process of making plans for the 40th Annual Spring Water Festival which will be held August 27 & 28 of this year.
“The Spring Water Festival is one of the longest running festivals in the Upstate,” said SWF Committee Chairman David Meade. “This will be our 40th year – so we are planning to make it happen.”
The committee will hold their first meeting this Thursday, April 29 at 7 p.m. at the Williamston Fire Department.
Anyone interested in being a part of the festival is invited to this meeting.
“We are always looking for volunteers who would like to be a part of the festival and currently need at least three more people on our committee,” Meade said. “If you or someone you know may be interested, come to the meeting or email SWF Chairman David Meade at editor@thejournalonline.com.
