On Sunday (May 16) DHEC reported 261 new cases and 218 probable cases of COVID-29. DHEC also reported 17 deaths and 2 probable deaths related to COVID.
There were 10,905 molecular test results reported with 3.5 percent positive.
Anderson County reported 16 new cases and 4 probable cases of COVID and 2 COVID related deaths.
Greenville County reported 31 new cases, 84 probable cases and 1 death related to COVID.
There were 322 COVID patients n hospitals, 93 in ICU and 43 on ventilators.
