DHEC Update
On Tuesday, (June 8), DHEC reported 87 new cases and 48 probable cases of COVID-19. There were no deaths reported in the state for the second day in a row.
There were 6,427 molecular test results reported with 1.9 percent positive. Two additional COVID positive persons were hospitalized. Hospitals across the state had 205 COVID patients with 54 in ICU and 28 on ventilators.
On Monday (June 7) DHEC reported 79 new cases and 65 probable cases of COVID. There were no deaths reported.
Of 6,138 molecular test results reported, 1.8 percent were positive.
There were 203 COVID patients in hospitals with 65 in ICU and 30 on ventilators.
On Sunday (June 6) DHEC reported 169 new cases and 99 probable cases of COVID-19 in the state. There was 1
new death and 1 probable death related to COVID. There were 12,489 molecular test results reported with 1.8 percent positive.
