The 4th annual Cancer Association of Anderson Hot Air Affair: Rising Above Cancer balloon event was held over the Labor Day weekend in the Williamston, West Pelzer and Pelzer area. This was the second year for Williamston to host the event which draws balloonists from many states to support local cancer patients and survivors.
