One person was seriously injured in a two vehicle wreck Wednesday afternoon on Anderson Highway. It occurred at the intersection with McAlister and Willingham Roads. Medshore ambulance service transported the injured to the hospital. Whitefield and Williamston fire departments responded to the call.
