The Easter Bunny has come to town!

Williamston Police Chief Tony Taylor posed with the Easter Bunny Tuesday at Town Hall and did a live post on social media announcing two locations in Williamston the two celebrities will be appearing at Tuesday afternoon.

The Easter Bunny has made an early appearance in Williamston this week. The bunny has been spotted all over Williamston including Town Hall, McDonalds, The Clock, area banks, Clemson Eye, on the Historic 1936 Williamston Fire Truck, and with Williamston Police Chief Tony Taylor.

“Envision Williamston has brought the cutest little Bunny to town this week,” said Envision Williamston Director Roberta Hamby. “It is not too late to see the Easter Bunny.”

The bunny will be on East Carolina Street in Williamston around 2 p.m. today (Tuesday) and at Restoration Chapel parking lot at 1000 South Academy St. around 3:30 p.m. today.

“Bring a camera and have pictures made, Hamby said.

The bunny will be appearing in Pelzer and West Pelzer on Wednesday and will also be riding around town riding on the historic fire truck on Thursday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

“Listen for the siren and bell and come out to get a wave and an egg from the Easter Bunny,” Hamby said.
