Jeff Bullock

Jeffrey Wade Bullock of Williamston, 59, husband of Brenda Jean Hudson Bullock, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2022.

   Born in Ortonville, MI, he was a son of the late Gerald Lewis and Beverly Jean Irelan Bullock. Formerly a truck driver, he was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

   In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Ferrell Ann Bullock of Greenville; brothers, Robin Bullock of Ortonville, MI, Bryan Bullock of Greenville; and Shannon Bullock of Greenville; and one granddaughte.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 21, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church, with a memorial service to follow at 2:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church Youth Fund, 10 Academy Street, Williamston, SC 29697.

Tim Campbell

Roy Timothy Campbell of Belton, 72, husband of Pamela “Pam” Johnson Campbell, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2022.

 Born in Pelzer, he was a son of the late Roy Lee and Mamie Doris Hudgens Campbell. A U.S. Army veteran, he retired from AT&T and was a member of Alive Wesleyan Church.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a sister, Melissa Campbell Broome of Honea Path; and brother, Keith Campbell of Easley.

Visitation was June 11 at Alive Wesleyan Church. The funeral followed at Greenville Memorial Gardens.

Cassi Clark

Cassi Leigh Clark of Piedmont, 30, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2022.

Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of Allison Michell Johnson Bagwell of Piedmont and Keith Brian Clark of Williamston. Cassi was a 2010 graduate of Wren High School, attended High Praises Church of God, and worked in the dental field.

In addition to her parents and step-parents, she is survived by son, Davis Keith Worley of the home; sisters, Addison Clark, Brittany Phillips and Brittany Bagwell Phillips; and brother, Cory Bagwell.

Visitation was June 11 at Gray Mortuary, Pelzer. The service followed in the mortuary chapel. Burial was at Graceland Cemetery West, Greenville.

Henry McConnell

Henry Eugene McConnell of Williamston, 85, husband of Daisy Lee Elrod McConnell, passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2022.

Born in Pelzer, he was a son of the late Charlie Jackson McConnell, Sr. and Violet Victoria Lee McConnell. He retired from Duke Power, Lee Steam Plant and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. 

In addition to his wife of 67 years, he is survived by daughters, Debra M. Hollingsworth and Patricia L. McConnell, both of Williamston; two grandchildren,six great-grandchildren, and two great-great- grandchildren.

 He was the last surviving member of his immediate family of six brothers and two sisters.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 16, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Gray Mortuary.

The service will be Friday, June 17, at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Baptist Church, with burial to follow at Greenville Memorial Gardens.

Memorials may be made to Trinity Baptist Church Building Fund at 324 Belton Drive, Williamston, SC 29697; or to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621.

The family will be at the home.

Harold Davis

Harold William “Chick” Davis of Pelzer, 61, husband of the late Patricia Michelle Whaley Davis, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2022.

Born in Anderson, he was the son of Dorothy Lee King Davis of Honea Path and the late Herbert Davis. He was formerly employed with Top Notch Farm and a member of Faith Baptist Church, Honea Path.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by son, Malachi Sanchez Fricks of the home; daughter, Stella Mae Fricks of the home; and sister, Diane King of Williamston.

A graveside service was held June 10, at Garden of Memories.

Bettye Angela Walker 

Bettye Angela Walker (Feb. 5th 1956), 66 , died June 5th 2022 at Wellstar Community Hospice. Bettye graduated from Palmetto High School. She found incredible joy peddling around in her garden and with flowers. She was a firm believer in Jesus as her Lord and Savior.

Ms. Walker was born in Anderson County to the late Curtis Haywood SR and Elizabeth Newton Walker.

Survivors include her son William Hughey and brother John Walker: Cousins Cassidy Walker, Justina Walker and Kali Walker.

No funeral is planned at this time.
