Bobby Lollis, Sr, Robby Reid, Alex Cabral

Alex Cabral

Steven Alexander “Alex” Cabral, 29, husband of Stephanie Lynn Horne Cabral, of West Pelzer passed away Thursday, November 10, 2022.

Born in Greenville, he was a son of Steven Carlos Cabral of Myrtle Beach and Kimberly Dawn Manley Cabral of Piedmont. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and was employed with Ray Walker Trucking.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by a daughter on the way, Melody Lynn Cabral; sister, Samantha Cabral of Inman; brother, Tyler Creighton of Baltimore, MD and Joseph Cabral of Myrtle Beach; and grandparents, Harry and Regina Manley of Piedmont.

Visitation will be November 28, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Gray Mortuary.

The funeral will be Tuesday, November 29, at The Carpenter’s Chapel in Simpsonville, followed by burial at M.J. “Dolly” Cooper Veterans Cemetery in Anderson.

Robby Reid

Piedmont – Robert Aaron “Robby” Reid, 51, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, November 13, 2022.

Born in Anderson County, he was a son of Tony Gerald and Roberta Laraine Williams Reid of Piedmont. He was a self-employed refrigeration technician and a devoted fan of the Clemson Tigers.

In addition to his parents, survivors include daughter, Hannah Reid Embree (Nick) of Greenville; step-daughter, Alyssa Hunt of Bowling Green, KY; brother, Mark Reid of Piedmont; grandchildren, Colson and Everleigh Embree; and his dog, Rambo.

He was predeceased by brother, Timothy “Tim” Reid.

Visitation will be held Saturday, November 19, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Gray Mortuary. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the mortuary chapel.

Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to Labor of the Field Ministries, 493 Airline Road, Anderson, SC 29624.

Bobby Lollis, Sr.

Williamston – Bobby George Lollis, Sr., husband of 68 years to the late Mary Edna Gilreath Lollis, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 8, 2022.

   Born in Anderson County, he was a son of the late Walter Hubert and Myrtle Lee Creamer Lollis. He was the owner and operator of Car Care Center in Williamston for many years and was a member of Living Water Church in West Pelzer.

   Survivors include son, Bobby George Lollis, Jr. (Betty Jo Greenway) of Williamston; daughter, Sandra Lollis Burgess (William Steve) of Williamston; sister, Trudy Gosnell of Greer; grandchildren, Bobby Edward Lollis, Rockey Daniel Burgess, Kristy Lollis Tilley, Lena Marie Burgess, and Mandy Williams; fourteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by son, Michael Edward Lollis; daughter, Etrulia Ann Lollis; and eleven brothers and sisters.

A graveside service was held Sunday, November 13 at 2:00 p.m. at Pine Lawn Cemetery in Pelzer.
