King Asphalt Company announced that Old River Road from SC Hwy. 86 to SC Hwy. 20 will be undergoing road construction now through Feb. 2.
Piedmont Road from Hwy. 81 to River Road will also be undergoing road construction beginning Feb. 6 through Feb. 14.
A spokesperson for King Asphalt Company reminds motorists that this is a work and extreme caution is necessary. Motorists are advised to reduce speeds as they travel through this construction work zone and expect delays in these areas. Drivers should be aware that personnel and equipment will be operating in close proximity to travel lanes.
