Hwy. 20 fatality

Pelzer EMS along with firefighters from West Pelzer and Piedmont work to remove the injured driver of a pickup truck incolved in a collision with a car near the intersection of SC hwy. 20 (Piedmont Hwy.) and Rehoboth Road around 6:30 am Tuesday monring. Wind drives local field fire – West Georgia Road

A large woods and field fire, fueled by moderate winds kept firefighters busy Saturday afternoon off West Georgia Road Saturday. Rollover – Old Pelzer Road

Motorcycle fatality – South Greenville

Motorcycle chase ends in wreck – McMahan Road

A West Pelzer police officer and a Greenville County Deputy survey the scene after a motorcycle crashed Thursday evening. Officers attempted to stop the motorcycle but the driver attempted to flee. After a short pursuit in southern Greenville county the motorcycle wrecked on McMahan Road near SC 20. The driver was taken by Greenville EMS to Greenville Memorial Hospital. Driver, child injured – Old Pelzer Road

Piedmont firefighters along with Greenville county deputies work at the scene of a wreck Sunday morning. A car traveling south on Old Pelzer Road ran off the roadway and overturned. A small child was removed from the car by a passing motorist while firefighters and deputies removed the driver. Both were transported to an area hospital by Greenville County EMS. Two injured in Piedmont shooting

Vehicles damaged by carport fire – Piedmont

Piedmont firefighters work at the scene of a fire Saturday night on Haynes Street. When firefighters arrived they discovered two vehicles on fire. A van and truck under a carport were heavily damaged by the blaze and the nearby home was also damaged by the heat from the fire. Pelzer EMS stood by as a precaution but no one was injured.
