Williamston Police Officers investigated the following incidents:
Apr. 18 – Freddie L. Buckner, 47, 217 Longview Dr., Williamston reported a white bicycle with white writing, black rims and four black pegs stolen. The bicycle was valued at $250. K. Anthony investigated.
Apr. 19 – Michael Edwards, 115 Tyson St., Williamston reported a tag removed from a vehicle belonging to Bobby E. Patton, 135 Dunn Ct., Lyman., that was parked in the yard. L. Buell investigated.

Williamston Police Officers investigated theft of a gun, a stolen vehicle, a gun at the ballfields, minor in possession and made a drug arrest. Among incidents investigated were the following:
April 12 – Officers were dispatched to Mineral Spring Park in reference to an indecent exposure incident. According to reports a witness stated a white male on a motorcycle exposed himself to her and her child. The suspect had left before officers arrived. Z. T. Parks investigated.

Williamston Police Officers investigated the following:
Apr. 3 – Autumn Breanna Fitzgerald, 22, 315 Austin St., Williamston reported an assault and burglary at 1102 Anderson Drive, Williamston. No additional information was made available in the report. T. L. Eichlberger investigated.

Williamston Police Officers investigated the following incidents:
Mar. 22 – James Henry Mills, Jr., 18, 2606 Amity Rd., Belton was arrested for simple possession of marijuana after officers observed three males in a parked car at Brookdale Park off Crescent Drive in Williamston. According to reports Mills had small baggies of marijuana hanging out of his left pocket. There were also several empty baggies and empty cigarillo packs in the vehicle. A passenger in the

Williamston Police Officers investigated the following incidents:
March 14 – Officers issued a trespass notice for the Dollar General Store at 526 West Main St. to Frederick Mason Jenkins Jr. Jenkins was at the store harassing a female employee he had once dated. Officer Stephen Kay handled the call.

Williamston Police Officers investigated the following incidents:
Feb. 28 – Palmetto High School reported a vandalism incident in which an anonymous person spray painted various sayings in multiple locations using blue spray paint. Damage was estimated at $1500. J. Sargent, Sgt. L. E. Mulz investigated.

Williamston Police Officers investigated the following incidents:
Feb. 21 – John David Outlaw, 43, 14 Spring St., West Pelzer was arrested for possession of marijuana and two outstanding warrants after officers responded to 108 L St in reference to serving a warrant. According to reports, Outlaw was found in the bathroom and had 4.02 grams of a green leafy like substance field tested positive as marijuana. He was transported to WPS, issued a UTT for simple possession of marijuana and transported to ACDC. K. Anthony investigated.

Williamston Police Officers investigated the following incidents:
Feb. 20 – Officers were dispatched to 4 River Drive in reference to a domestic dispute. Information in the reports was lengthy however no arrest was made. The incident remains under investigation. B. K. Creel investigated.

Williamston Police Officers investigated the following incidents:

Jan. 17 – Elizabeth Ann Smith, 32, 308 Camillia Dr., Williamston was arrested for disorderly conduct after officers responded to Cash Advance/Laundromat parking lot on Greenville Drive in reference to an alleged drunk driver in a white F-150 truck. According to reports, Smith was observed inside the laundromat where she appeared intoxicated and officers observed what appeared to be a bottle of alcohol with a broken seal. Smith was issued a citation and advised of her court date and fine. M. Roberts, E Bonnett investigated.

Williamston Police Officers investigated the following incidents:

Jan. 10 – Dollar General, 526 West Main St., Williamston reported a shoplifting incident in which a black male wearing a large brown coat, blue jeans and black hat entered the store and took chips, a drink and 2 frozen dinners valued at $11. The suspect left in a black Honda Civic tag #LYY676. T. L. Eichelberger investigated.

Williamston Police Officers investigated the following incidents:

Jan. 3 – Gina Dawn Ricks, 43, 502B Garren Rd., Belton was placed on trespass notice for 526 West Main St. after Williamston Police Officers were dispatched to Dollar General, 526 West Main St., in reference to a suspicious person. Sgt. L. E. Mulz investigated.

Jan. 3 – Shaun David Bell, 37, 412 Old River Rd., Pelzer was arrested for outstanding warrant by PPP. He was taken into custody and transported to ACDC. R. Drennon, F. Eugene investigated.

Williamston Police ReportWilliamston Police Officers recovered a stolen vehicle and investigated several incidents at local business as 2016 came to a close and the New Year began. Among incidents investigated were the following:

Dec. 29 – Elijah Jacob Stathers, 23, 151 Brookside Circle, Belton was arrested for unlawful carry, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct after officers were dispatched to 17 E. Main St. in reference to a potential break-in of a vehicle. According to reports an unknown complaintant stated she heard glass break and then saw a male enter a vehicle. The male was slumped over in the vehicle. Abroken liquor bottle was found outside the driver’s door and a silver and black handgun was observed in plainview inside the driver’s door.

Williamston Police Officers investigated the following incidents:

Dec. 15 – Jesse Lee Clary, 35, 339 Mize Rd., Belton was issued a summons for trespassing and malicious injury to real property after officers were dispatched to Rite Aid, 201 East Main St. in reference to trespassers in the trash dumpsters. Officers found two men inside the dumpsters. According to reports they had unlocked a locked gate to get to the trash dumpsters and pried open the dumpsters to gain entrance. Clary has spray painted graffiti, in blue paint, on dumpsters. Clary and Jason Webb, Jr. 37, 213 W Union Dr. #8, Belton were both placed on trespass notice for the location and issued courtesy summons. E. Bonnett, M. Roberts investigated.

Williamston Police Officers investigated the following incidents:

Dec. 7 – Macala Marie Hatfield, 19, 10 Edgewood Dr., Williamston reported an unknown subject knocking on doors and windows and possibly attempting to get into the residence. When officers arrived Hatfield told them a white male wearing dark fluffy coat and jeans followed her home from work. Officers searched the immediate area and were unable to find the subject. M. Roberts, E. Bonnett investigated.
