Williamston Police officers investigated the following incidents:

Nov. 27 – Marshall Paul Moore, 45, 10 West Gantt Circle, Piedmont was arrested for outstanding bench warrant for criminal domestic violence after Greenville County Sheriff’s Office notified WPD that they had him in custody. K. Lollis, E. T. Hutchins investigated.

Nov. 27 – Mihkel Diana Nelson, 23, 20 First St, La France, was arrested for outstanding bench warrant for expired tag and operating an uninsured vehicle after WPD was notified by the Anderson County Detention Center that they had her in custody. Sgt. B. C. Kelley investigated.

Nov. 27 – Gary Allan Garrett, 46, 222 Woodtrail Dr., Williamston was arrested for outstanding bench warrant for malicious injury to municipal property after Abbeville County Detention Center advised WPD that they had him in custody. Sgt. B. C. Kelley investigated.

Nov. 20 – Steve Ellison, ERS Video, 514 Greenville Dr., Williamston reported a front glass broken at the business causing $1000 in damage. Sgt. B. C. Kelley investigated.

Nov. 18 – Troy Dean Serna, Jr., 22, 146 Turning Leaf Ln., Easley was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession with intent to distribute of a controlled substance after a vehicle was observed turning from Hamilton St. onto Greenville Drive during a red light. Reports state officers found two clear baggies containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana, a set of black digital scales, a clear bag containing several sandwich baggies, an orange color pill bottle with four off white oval pills in the vehicle. The pills were later identified as Percocet. Total weight of the marijuana was 45.9 grams. The driver of the car, Tina Moore was issued a ticket for disregarding a traffic signal. E. T. Hutchins, K. Nov. 21 – Charles Alexander Williams, 17, 196 McAlister Rd., Williamston and Daziuan Shyeim Putnam, 17, 119 Crappie Dr., Williamston were arrested for simple possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct and tobacco in possession after officers were dispatched to Lakeview Dr. in reference to a suspicious vehicle on an empty lot. Officers observed a red SUV and a white Lincoln Town Car at the location. Three other juveniles, age 16 and a juvenile age 14 were also arrested. D. M. Stipe, Capt. E. S. Russell investigated.

Nov. 18 – Gregory Alan Durham, 43, 1604 Durham Rd., Piedmont was arrested for operating an uninsured vehicle and failure to return a suspended tag after officers observed a white truck make an abrupt turn from Greenville Drive crossing the center line onto S. Hamilton St. E. T. Hutchins, K. D. Lollis investigated.

Nov. 17 – Julie Charniesa Hart, 34, 211 Ina Marie Ln. Pelzer was arrested for assault and disturbing schools after an incident in which she boarded a school bus and yelled at a student on the bus. Two other persons were issued trespass notices for all Anderson School District One property.

Nov. 18 – Kimberly Yvonne Cape, 37, 105 S Green St., Williamston was arrested for public disorderly conduct after being observed stumbling through a yard at Williams St. and Green St. L. E. Mulz investigated.

Nov. 19 – Fred Alden Wright, III, 54, 533 Mill St., Williamston was arrested for driving under the influence after a gold Ford Explorer was observed crossing the center line on Anderson Dr. and Academy St. Sgt. K. J. Winn investigated.

Nov. 19 – Officers found an abandoned bicycle on Gray Dr. bridge. The bicyle, valued at $125, was place into storage for evidence. Sgt. K. J. Winn, M. E. Simmons investigated.

Nov. 19 – Marvin Wayne Turner, 52, 118 W 3rd St., Williamston reported a speakerbox valued at $75 taken from a 1988 Chevrolet truck. T. A. Striss investigated.

Nov. 18 – Ronald Charles Differ, 58, 501 Tripp St., Williamston reported two 10 feet gates valued at $100 each missing from property off Tripp St. L. E. Mulz investigated.

Nov. 20 – Jennifer L. Spagnualo, 36, 179 Dearborn Ln., Easley was arrested for outstanding bench warrant for driving under suspension after officers were notified that she was in custody at the Pickens County Detention Center. T. A. Striss investigated.

Nov. 20 – Kimberly Yvonne Cape, 37, 105 S. Green St,. Williamston was arrested for public disorderly conduct after officers were dispatched to Sav-Way, 309 East Main St. and then observed her at her house. L. E. Mulz, T. A. Striss investigated.

Nov. 21 – Kevin Ryan Brown, 30, 208 Woodtrail Dr., Williamston, was arrested for outstanding bench warrant for failure to stop on command after WPD was notified he was at the Anderson County Detention Center. M. E. Simmons investigated.

Nov. 21 – A 16 year old male juvenile was arrested for bringing a knife to Palmetto High School, 804 N. Hamilton St., Williamston. . The juvenile stated he did not bring it to hurt anyone. He was transported to the WPD where his mother took custody. Reports state the student will be recommended for expulsion. SGT/SRO L. D. Ritter investigated.

Nov. 17 – Officers investigated an incident in which a person took a car battery from a garage at 27 Whilden Dr., Williamston. The battery was valued at $50.00

Nov. 17 – John Matthew Durham, 36, 16 Rogers St., Williamston reported someone ran over his mailbox causing $50 in damage. D. M. Stipe investigated.
