Anderson County Sheriffs Deputies investigated the following:

EASLEY

Dec. 9 – J.D. Sparkman responded to 111 Longwood Lane where Dorris Revis, Jr. reported that someone had entered his vehicle during the night and ransacked the contents. Only two dollars in cash was confirmed missing.

Dec. 11 – R.D. Smith responded to 202 Tyler Dr. where Harris Vickery reported that someone had taken his prescription medicines and cell phone from his house.

PELZER

Dec. 10 – R.D. Smith was dispatched to 1645 Easley Highway where he served a warrant on Stacey Bland, BM, 44, 5’4″, 165 pounds, and turned him over to an officer from the Fountain Inn Police.

Dec. 10 – L.F. Bolden responded to 107 Hwy. 20 where SueAnn Fincher reported that Jonathan Alberts, WM, 33, had borrowed her 2002 gold Saturn vehicle and had failed to return it. She had been unable to contact him by phone or in person.

Dec. 10 – C.M. Turner responded to 208 Moore’s Mill Rd. where James Chastain reported that a 36 year old white male had stolen a shotgun belonging to Chastain. The gun was valued at $300.

PIEDMONT

Dec. 9 – A.M. Love was dispatched to 103 F. F. Family Circle where he served a warrant on James Hollingsworth II, WM, 43, 5’7″, 175 pounds, brn/blue.

Dec. 11 – P.C. Henry responded to 136 Effie Dr. where Kevin Bells reported that his wallet, containing almost $500 was missing after his neighbor was at his house.

Dec. 11 – K.S. Looney responded to 119 Wrenfield Court where Gary Johnson reported that someone had broken into his shed and stolen a weed eater valued at $150.

Dec. 12 – T.J. Burgess was dispatched to Wren High School where the door to the freshman academy had been damaged. The damage was estimated at $50.

Dec. 12 – K. Evatt responded to 9898 Anderson Rd. where Mary Thomas reported that someone had stolen two tires and rims from the van parked in front of her business overnight. The loss was estimated at $300.

WILLIAMSTON

Dec. 9 – P.C. Henry received a call from James Maynard, of 340 Wesley Ellison Rd., reporting that an envelope containing $500 was removed from a vehicle which was left unlocked at the various places he had stopped.

Dec. 12 – E.E. Standard responded to 219 Hogg Rd. where Nancy Jo Burgess reported the theft of a 4X9 black trailer valued at $100.
