The Anderson County Master Gardener Association’s Annual Plant Sale will be held at the Farmers market on Murray Avenue on Saturday, April 14 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
There will be a wide variety of plants including shrubs, perennials, annuals, trees books, vegetables, seeds and more. These are all inspected and have been grown/raised by Master Gardener members.– This is a great opportunity to obtain great plants at great prices; grown by local folks.
Most common plants $5.00 or less….rare/less common a little more but affordable compared to other sources
Proceeds from the sale will be used to help fund the community support efforts of the association. The Clemson Extension Master Gardener Program trains, selects, and utilizes knowledgeable volunteers to facilitate the educational work of the local Consumer Horticulture Agent, by delivering researched-based information to citizens of the state.
Certified Master Gardeners will be at the sale and will answer questions and provide information on a variety of landscaping and gardening issues.
