Anderson County Sheriff’s Deputies investigated the following incidents:

EASLEY

April 7 – J.K. Billingsley responded to 333 Henderson Rd. where roommates Kiley Robinson, WM, 36, 5’7″, 220 pounds and Michael Anderson, WM, 34, 6’4″, 210 pounds, both claimed the other assaulted them following an argument. Neither would press charges but each wanted the incident documented.

April 7 – J.J. Jacobs and J.D. Crawford were dispatched to 360 Shenandoah Dr. in response to a report of a woman smashing a window out of a car during an argument. They found Kelly Goodman, WF, 30, 5’7″, 135 pounds, of Myrtle Beach, locked in a bedroom. She was taken into custody for breach of peace and transported to ACDC.

April 8 – J.T. Bowers responded to 105 Lee Rd. where Sheri Hall reported the theft of her 2006 gold KIA Sorento valued at $9000.

April 8 – R. Anderson was dispatched to 115 Jesse Dr., Lot 14 where Lynn Libby, WF, 33, 5’3″, 160 pounds, black/brn reported that Randi Wright Jr. WM, 33, 5’10″, 160 pounds, black/brn had assaulted her during an argument. She showed visible signs of having been assaulted and Wright was arrested on a charge of criminal domestic violence and transported to ACDC.

April 8- D.L. Brinston responded to 547 Hood Rd.in reference to a dispute. Once on scene, he learned that Gerald Taylor, WM, 39, 6’3″, 280 pounds, brn/blue was wanted on a warrant by the Easley Police Department. He was taken into custody and turned over to the EPD.

April 9 – D.L. Brinston responded to 1716 Old Pendleton Rd. where Grant Arthur asked that Neil Brown, WM, 21, 6’, 300 pounds, of Liberty SC be placed on trespass notice, which he was.

PELZER

April 7 – E.E. Standard was dispatched to 121 Bent Creek Dr. where Lisa Greene reported thatsomeone had entered a vacant property she owned at that location and did approximately $300 worth of damage to the house.

April 9 – R.M. Cooper responded to 510 Easley Hwy. where Jennifer Fortune reported that someone had broken into a vacant house she owned and stolen copper tubing valued at $200.

April 9 – G.M. Guthrie responded to 403 Depot Road where Charles Vandiver reported that he had come to his daughter’s house to check on her after being unable to reach her by phone. He found Margaret Morgan, WF, 59, deceased in her bedroom. Morgan had recently suffered a broken wrist and knee in a fall and was taking several medications. No signs of forced entry or a struggle were evident.

April 9 – P.D. Marter spoke with Jennifer Franklin who stated that Denny Coleman, WM, 28, of Piedmont, was texting her and making threats against anyone who came around her. She said he also claimed to be watching her 24 hours a day, and she said she feared for her safety.

PIEDMONT

April 7 – A.D. Hendrix and members of the Anderson County CATCH Team responded to 226 Smith St. to serve a warrant on Timothy Ramsey, WM, 24, 5’6″, 180 pounds, brn/brn. Upon arrival they also discovered a crystal like substance and drug paraphernalia. The substance was tested and proved to be methamphetamine. Ramsey was taken into custody.

April 9 – G.M. Guthrie responded to Gateway Integrated Components at 125 Leader Dr. where Michael Johnson reported the theft of a Stihl tow dolly valued at $770.

April 9 – B. Simpson received a phone call at the ACSO headquarters from Jacquelyn Ivey, of 129 Beardsley Rd. She reported that someone had stolen two Dagger kayaks, valued at $800.

WILLIAMSTON

April 9- R. Anderson responded to a report of a reckless driver on I-85. He stopped a vehicle matching the description and found that Anthony Wallace, BM, 41, 5’8″, 220 pounds, of Richmond, Va. was driving under suspension. The vehicle he was driving was also determined to have been stolen in Clayton county Georgia. Wallace was taken into custody and transported to ACDC.
