Williamston Police officers investigated the following incidents: May 11 – Brenda Gail Howard, 51, 113 Mattison Dr., Williamston was arrested for public disorderly conduct after a blue Toyota was observed at a traffic safety checkpoint at the intersection of Cherokee Rd., and Ida Tucker. Capt. E. S. Russell, Lt. T. A. Striss investigated.

May 5 – Tommy Niles Williams, Jr., 45, 119 Chad Ct., Anderson was arrested for public disorderly conduct after officers were dispatched to Mineral Spring Park. M. E. Simmons, Sgt. K. J. Winn investigated.

May 5 – Jeffrey Cory Hooks, 30, 32 Dove St., Williamston was arrested for criminal domestic violence after officers were dispatched to 28 Ellis St. where Jenna Hooks was found visibly upset following an argument with her husband. L. E. Mulz, Sgt. D. W. Bryant investigated.

May 5 – Alvin Bradley Smith, 20, 114 Mahaffey St., was arrested for outstanding bench warrant for supplying a minor with beer after being arrested and transported by the Belton PD. Sgt. D. W. Bryant investigated.

May 5 – Gregory Mark Chapman, 27, 100 Hampton St., Pelzer was arrested for outstanding bench warrants including shifting lanes improperly, driving under suspension and public disorderly conduct after Pelzer Police Department notified they had him in custody. Sgt. K. J. Winn investigated.

May 4 – Tonya Michelle Reid, 35, 418 Hamby Rd., Starr was arrested for outstanding bench warrant after the SCHP transported her to the police department. M. E. Simmons investigated.

May 3 – Kimberly Nicole Stepp, 24, 4755 Old Easley Bridge Rd., Easley was arrested for providing false information to police and no driver’s license after a Dodge Charger was observed on West Main St. J. Rogers investigated.

May 3 – Michael Dewayne Miller, Jr.,42, 826 Joe Black Rd., Wililamston was arrested for outstanding warrant after officers were dispatched to 47 Dove St. SGT/SRO L. D. Ritter investigated.

Apr. 30 – Anthony Mark Powell, 50, 202 Summer Way, Williamston reported wire valued at $1,500 taken from a residence at 106 West 5th St. L. E. Mulz investigated.

Powell also reported windows broken, scrap metal and other items missing from a residence at 105 West 5th St,. in Williamston. Missing items included a box of wires, circular saw, bench grinder, rakes and shovels. Total value and damage amounted to $460. L. E. Mulz investigated.

Apr. 30 – Mantez Perez Hatton, 26, 318 East Carolina St,. Williamston reported the back glass on a 1995 Chevrolet Tahoe broken out causing $100 in damage. A named suspect is on trespass notice for the property. L. E. Mulz investigated.

Apr. 30 – Stephen Tremayne Greer, 35, 503 W. Main St., Williamston was arrested for driving under suspension and no seatbelt after a green Jeep Cherokee was observed at a stop sign on Prince St. and the driver not wearing a seat belt. T. A. Striss, Capt. E. S. Russell investigated.

Apr. 30 – William Mark Bledsoe, 30, 539 Thompson Rd., Fountain Inn was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension, operating an uninsured vehicle and no headlight after a motorcycle was observed on Greenville Drive with no headlight burning. Lt. T. A. Striss investigated.

Apr. 26 – Kenngie Quanyan Burts, 17, 19 Randal St. reported a female pitbull dog taken from the residence. The dog is valued at $100. SGT/SRO L. D. Ritter investigated.

Apr. 24 – John Christian Farmer, Sr., 52, 108 E. St., Williamston reported a 14K gold diamond ring and a 14K gold birthstone ring stolen from the residence. The items were valued at $445. K. D. Lollis investigated.
