The Williamston Police Department and the Palmetto High Junior Air Force ROTC held a successful car-wash Saturday to raise money to help with expenses of attending leadership school at Mercer University in Georgia. PHS AFJROTC cadets swarmed cars as they lined up to be washed at the parking lot located behind the Municipal Center at the Police Department. The Williamston Police Department supplied the cleaning materials needed for the car-wash.
