SC State Troopers along with South Greenville firefighters work at the scene of a fatal accident Thursday afternoon on Cooley Bridge Road. A Ford pickup truck crossed the center line striking a GMC truck head on. The GMC burst into flames and the driver died. A third truck ran off the roadway to avoid the initial collision.
