Williamston Police Officers investigated several minor incidents including one in which two young cats were put out on the side of the road and were on a residents property.

Among incidents investigated were: Nov. 16 – David Stearform Henry, 48, 6 Crescent Dr., Williamston was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after being observed on numerous occasions loitering in the area of 312 E. Carolina St. Reports state officers found a small silver metal rod and metal tube in his pocket. J. Rogers investigated.

Nov. 18 – Debra Lashanya Renee Lee, 31, 601 Calhoun Rd. #58H, Belton was arrested for driving under suspension and speeding after a gold Chrysler convertible was observed on Belton Drive traveling 49 mph in a 35 mph zone. Sgt. K. J. Winn investigated.

Nov. 17 – Archibald Ricardo Cameron, 39, 2852 West 36th St,. Chicago IL. was arrested for outstanding bench warrant in Williamston for assault and battery 3rd degree after West Pelzer police department notified WPD that he was a passenger in a vehicle at a traffic stop. J. Rogers investigated.

Nov. 13 – WPD was notified that two cats were put out on Williams St. by someone in a blue van with silver stripes. The cats were caught and transported to the city shed and placed in a cage. D. M. Stipe investigated.

Nov. 14 – Larry Lemond Bonds, 47, 114 Tripp St., Williamston was placed on trespass notice for 325 E. Carolina St, #221 after officers responded to the location in reference to an argument between Mabel Arnold Slade, 57 and Bonds. J. Rogers investigated.
