The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who may have information regarding an armed robbery of a local Sav-Way on Piedmont Hwy. On Friday January 25, at approximately 1p.m. an unknown subject entered the Sav-Way located at 202 Piedmont Highway and demanded money from the store clerk.
The subject was wearing dark clothing, a black mask and had a small handgun. The subject pointed the handgun at the store clerk and demanded money.
The subject did steal an undisclosed amount of money from the store and was captured on the store’s surveillance system. The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office is asking for anyone who may recognize the subject or have information regarding this incident to call Crime Stoppers at 23-CRIME.
