The Palmetto Area Economic Development Committee recently announced that a new Palmetto Farmers Markets will debut this spring. The Palmetto Market is a local farmers and craft market that will be located in Williamston’s Mineral Spring Park during monthly scheduled events.
As part of an on-going economic development push, the committee embraced alternative food access as the foundation of a community’s right, significantly impacting economic well-being.
