Two people were injured Thursday evening in a head on accident on Highway 86 in the Wren Community. The driver of a pickup truck was traveling east when he saw an approaching Honda in his lane. He swerved to miss the Honda and was struck. Both vehicles ended up partially airborne after the collision. Wren firefighters assisted Pelzer EMS at the scene.
