A Williamston woman was seriously injured in a three vehicle accident on Anderson Highway Thursday afternoon. The Kia she was driving struck the rear of a tractor and her car was struck by a Ford Taurus. Four occupants in the Ford suffered minor injuries along with the tractor driver. The Kia driver was the only patient taken by ambulance to the hospital. Whitefield firefighters assisted EMS with patient care and traffic control. (Photo by David Rogers)
