Anderson County Sheriff’s Deputies investigated the following:

EASLEY

Oct. 25 – J.E. Scott responded to the WalMart SuperCenter in reference to a shoplifting report. He subsequently placed Heather Hogan , WF, 38, 4’11″, 110 pounds blond/green, of Greenville in custody.

On the same day, C.P. Huff responded to the store where he took Joseph Spero, WM, 21, 5’11″, 150 pounds, from Willow Springs, NC into custody for shoplifting.

Oct. 26 – C.M. Turner responded to the WalMart SuperCenter where he subsequently took Angela Vanluven, WF, 43, 5’2″, 115 pounds, from Taylors, into custody for shoplifting.

Oct. 27 – B.S. Chandler responded to the WalMart SuperCenter where he subsequently took Jasmine Watkins-Park, WF, 19, 5’7″, 135 pounds, from Greer, into custody for shoplifting.

Oct. 27 – P.N. Turner responded to the KFC restaurant on Hwy. 153 where an employee presented a counterfeit $100 that had been accepted in return for merchandise.

Oct. 28 – C.C. Brazier was dispatched to 2707 Brushy Creek Rd. where Jim Messenger reported the theft of several items, including two chain saws, a compound hunting bow, and an air compressor. The loss was estimated at $3100.

PIEDMONT

Oct. 25 – M.D. Creamer responded to 112 Calvert Court where Billy Boguess Jr. reported that he had interrupted someone taking apart the air conditioning unit at the rental property.

Oct. 25 – J.E. Scott responded to 19 Transylvania St. where Elica De La Palaez reported that someone broke into her car and stole a variety of items, including jumper cables, sunglasses, DVDs and some medication. The loss was estimated at $364.

Oct. 27 – M.D. Creamer was dispatched to the Sav A Lot grocery store where employees reported that a regular customer, Gregory Ingram, WM, 47, 6’, 190 pounds, brn/brn had stolen two cases of beer and left in a blue van. Deputy Creamer and Deputy Turner responded to Ingram’s reported home address and located the suspect, the van and the beer. Ingram was placed in custody.

Oct. 28 – C.C. Brazier responded to 222 Sony St. where Kevin Gilreath reported the theft of his wife’s purse from their vehicle the night before. The loss was estimated at $250.

WILLIAMSTON

Oct. 25 – B.S. Chandler was dispatched to 8 Ashley Dr. where Myrtle Norwood reported the theft of her car stereo valued at $170.

Oct. 25 – M.T. Brooks responded to 1441 Keone Circle where Thomas Moore reported the theft of several items from his garage. The loss was estimated at $775.

Oct. 27 – J.M. Pelfrey and J.L. Martin responded to 106 Briar Ridge where Kenneth Irwin and his son Kenny had been involved in a dispute, during which Kenny Irwin threw and smashed several items. He was placed in custody for disturbing the peace.

Oct. 28 – P.D. Marter responded to 106 Kirsch Dr. where Elizabeth Clark reported that two subjects had come to the location to retrieve some property. Following an argument, they drove deliberately into a wooden stairway, causing approximately $400 in damage and causing minor injuries to the victim.
