Pelzer Town Council will meet this Friday, Nov. 8 at 1 p.m.
Agenda items for Mayor and Council to consider include making a final decision regarding a cell tower proposal by Tri Star Investors; hearing a report from Phil Robey of Greenville Water System on rate options for the town and holding 2nd reading for approval of annexation of properties from September council meeting.
The town will also consider adding a charge to water/sewer accounts of customers that illegally turn on their water. Councilmember Donna Ide will address mileage compensation for council members.Council will also hear a request by members of the Pelzer Heritage Commission regarding the old hospital building located on Lebby St.
