Firefighters from Powdersville and Three and Twenty battle a double wide mobile home fire on Friday night on Stillwater Lane. Flames were coming from the roof of the home when firefighters arrived three minutes after receiving the call. The first arriving firefighters entered the mobile home searching for the occupants, but only after the third entry were they able to locate and remove the man and woman. The man and woman were taken to Greenville Memorial Hospital by Pelzer EMS. One firefighter was also taken to the hospital by EMS for smoke inhalation. (Photo by David Rogers)
