Occupants of two vehicles await Pelzer EMS and Three and twenty firefighters on Sunday afternoon at the intersection of Highway 81 and 86. A car and truck collided at the intersection trapping two people in the vehicles. Emergency personnel had to do a “door pop” to free the two. Two people were taken by EMS to an area hospital.
