The excitement of the Christmas Season is reflected in the reaction of two year old Channing Burgess in this photo which was submitted to The Journal by her father. Channing is the daughter of Rockey and Wendy Burgess of Williamston. The photo was taken at the front entrance of the Williamston Municipal Center. Area residents can still enjoy the lights and decorations in Williamston this week at both Deck the Halls and in the Christmas Park. Featuring decorated Christmas trees in the hallways of the Municipal Center, Deck the Halls will be open for viewing 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. this week. Williamston Town Hall will be closed Dec. 24 and Dec. 25 and Jan. 1. The decorations in the park will also remain lit throught Jan. 1
