Whitefield Fire Chief Adam Cromer carries a backboard at the scene of an accident Thursday night at the intersection of US 29 and SC 20/29 Connector. A car apparently spun-out on some snow and ice and struck something with the rear of the car. The driver changed their mind and was not taken to the hospital.
