A Whitefield firefighter removes a child safety seat from an overturned vehicle following an accident on Monday afternoon on Highway 29. Three people were in the car, two adults and a small child. The female passenger and child were taken by Williamston EMS to Greenville Memorial Medical Center. The car ran off Highway 29 south of Welcome Road and overturned in a heavily wooded area.
