There was a spate of random, and apparently anonymous shootings in Anderson over the weekend. One victim was a Williamston woman, Tityianna Hill, a black female, aged 19, of Mattison St., who was wounded twice in the left arm as she drove in the vicinity of West Whitner and Appleton Streets. ACSO Deputy S.M. Proner responded to a report of shots fired in the area, and subsequently located Ms. Hill who had headed for the hospital herself, but stopped and called EMS which treated her and transported her to the hospital.
