Sheriff’s Office asks help in ID of suspects

The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance to help identify two subjects captured on video at the S&P Truck and Auto Repair located on Spearman Road in Pelzer.

On July 3, 2014, two unknown subjects, in what is believed to be a Honda CRX, vandalized a pickup truck that was parked in the lot at S&P. Items were taken from both the cab and the bed of the truck. The assailants even took the vehicle’s license plate.

Investigators believe this case may be related to two other thefts at the same location. One, on June 28th, when two large truck radiators were stolen, and the other on August 27th, when rims and tires were removed from a vehicle left on the lot for repairs.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspects is asked to contact Investigator Kalyna McGee at (864) 222-3946 or Crime Stoppers at 888-CRIMESC (274-6372).
