Pelzer Fall Festival features music, more


The Pelzer Fall Festival will be held this Saturday, Sept. 27 in Pelzer’s Monkey Park. This will be the third community festival the Pelzer Heritage Commission has sponsored. There will be live entertainment, displays, crafts and food vendors. Live stage entertainment will begin at 10 a.m. with Gospel singing. Other entertainment will follow at 12 noon.

Stage schedule includes:

10:00-10:30….Catlin Tierce

10:30-11:00….Ralph Williams..singer from Laurens

11:00-11:30….The Other Side..gospel singers from Anderson

11:30-12:00….Scott Larsen…from Tabernacle Baptist Church, Pelzer

12:00-1:30……Katie & Larry Rockwell from Honey & the Hot Rods (Katie is appearing as Patsy Cline at the Pelzer Auditorium)

1:30-2:00……..K&M Dance Studio

There will be bounces, slides and train rides for children, a petting zoo and pony rides. Displays will include a Volkswagon display, Sons of Confederacy and others. There will be a variety of crafters, businesses and food vendors organizers said. The Piedmont Emergency Relief Center (P.E.R.C.) will bee collecting food items at the Fall Festival.
