CBS Mr. College Football Tony Barnhart will be the guest speaker at the weekly meeting of the Anderson Area Touchdown Club on Friday, October 10th at the Anderson County Library (300 North McDuffie Street) beginning at 12 noon. Barnhart will bring his knowledge as an insider of college football to the Club.
Players who were honored at the meeting on Friday, Oct. 3 were: Offensive – Bailey Rogers, Wren High School; Defensive – Jyquis Callahan, Belton-Honea Path High School; Lineman – Nathan Burgess, Pendleton High School; Coach – Jeff Tate, Wren High School.
Visitors are welcome and they also welcome new members. Membership is $50 for an individual and $200 for a Corporate, which includes 5 memberships. Lunch for members is $10 and $15 for visitors. The Meal Line opens at 11:30. For additional information, call 864/226-7380.
