The Journal will have an early deadline of Thursday at noon for both the Dec. 24 and Dec. 31 issues. The offices will be closed Dec. 22-26 for the Christmas Holidays and will re-open Monday Dec. 29. News items for the Dec. 31 issue may be mailed, faxed, or emailed or items may be placed in our mail drop box at the front door. Items will also be accepted 9 a.m. to 12 noon on Dec. 31.
