Pelzer EMS along with Piedmont firefighters work at the scene of a fatal accident on SC 20 Friday afternoon. A Honda was traveling south when the driver apparently crossed the center line and struck a Jeep head on. The driver of the Honda, Robert Harold Cocker, 53, of Belton died at the scene according to Greenville County Chief Deputy Coroner Mike Ellis.
