In observance of the Independence Day holiday, The Journal will have early deadlines for the July 8 issue. Deadline for news and advertising for the July 8 issue will be Thursday, July 2 at 12 noon. The Journal office will be closed for summer vacation from Friday, July 3-10. Items may be mailed, emailed or left in the mail drop box at the front door during the week we are closed.
