Mill Town Players kickoff Grease with Community Day in Pelzer

The Mill Town Players kickoff the second night of their production of ” Grease” with a Community Day on Saturday, July 18 on the grounds of the Pelzer Auditorium beginning at 6 p.m. There will be a car show featuring cars provided by Carter’s Custom Cars and free hotdogs, cotton candy, popcorn, and porkskins due to generous donations by Boots and Thelma’s, Ace Hardware and The Smoking Pig. Bottled water will also be provided at no charge by the Mill Town Players.

The performance of “Grease” will begin at 7:30. Ticket prices are $10 for general admission, $8 for seniors 65 and older, and $7 for students under 18. “This is going to be a fabulous show with incredible music and all local talent,” Mill Town Players Executive Director Will Ragland said.

The production opens on Friday, July 17 and runs each Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through August 8. Sunday shows begin at 3:00 pm with all other shows starting at 7:30 pm.
