Mill Town Players Community Day features car show, snacks and “Grease”


The Mill Town Players kickoff the second night of their production of ” Grease” with a Community Day on Saturday, July 18 on the grounds of the Pelzer Auditorium beginning at 6 p.m. There will be a car show featuring cars provided by Carter’s Custom Cars and free hotdogs, cotton candy, popcorn, and porkskins. Bottled water will also be provided at no charge by the Mill Town Players. The live performance of “Grease” featuring local performers, will begin at 7:30 p.m. Featuring a local cast of 24, this high energy musical about teen love in the 1950’s will electrify you!

 “This is going to be a fabulous show with incredible music and all local talent,” Mill Town Players Executive Director Will Ragland said. Ticket prices are $10 for general admission, $8 for seniors 65 and older, and $7 for students under 18.The production opens on Friday, July 17 and runs each Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through August 8. Sunday shows begin at 3:00 pm with all other shows starting at 7:30 pm.
