Pelzer Fall Festival postponed due to weather

Due to expected inclement weather, organizers of the Pelzer Fall Festival scheduled for this Saturday, (Sept. 26) are postponing the event. The rescheduled date will be Saturday, October 17.

All activites orginally scheduled for the Pelzer Fall Festival will be held on Oct. 17, organizer Dianne Lollis said. The event will begin at 9 a.m. and go to 3 p.m. in the Pelzer Monkey Park (located behind BiLo on Hwy 8 & 20). The festival will include craft vendors, food vendors and live music along with inflatables, train rides and other activities for children. Music will be held under the shed in the park featuring Gospel Music from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, and beach music at 12:30.

Scheduled are: 9 a.m. – All For Him; 9:45 a.m. – The Other Side; 10:45 – Living Truth. Beach Music from 12:30-2:30 will feature the Royal Scotsmen Band.
