Firefighters work at the scene of a tractor trailer accident on I-85 Monday night. Tow truck operator Ronnie Tinsley of Williamston and his crew were unloading a tractor trailer full of bananas from a wreck that happened last week that was off the roadway when another 18 wheeler struck his tow truck and another tow truck. The impact pushed Tinsley’s tow truck on top of the wreckage from the first wreck. The 18 wheeler then landed on the wreckage from the previous wreck. Tinsley and his crew were in the trailer of the previous wreckage when it was struck. One of the workers was taken to AnMed Health as was two occupants of the second tractor trailer.
