Williamston Police Officers investigated the following incidents:

Jan. 24 – Jan. 25 – Devin Lee Drake, 17, 420 Philwood Dr., Wililamston was charged with manner of driving, no tag, no headlits and use of an ATV in the roadway after officers observed a four wheeler with no lights at Williams Street and Mill Street and then fail to stop at a stop sign at Williams Street and Green Street and another stop sign when he turned onto South Hamilton St. After being arrested he was turned over to his mother at the Williamston Police Department. Cpl. L. E. Mulz investigated.

Jan. 26 – Diane M. Anderson, 62, 211 Anita Court, Williamston reported a pocket book taken from an unlocked vehicle in the Ace Hardware parking lot. Z. T. Parks investigated.

Jan. 27 – Lucy D. Heath, 51, 2105 Liberty Church Rd., Fountain Inn was arrested for driving under the influence after officers observed a vehicle on Belton Drive and West Main St. According to reports, the vehicle almost struck a patrol car near the intersection of Belton Drive and Virginia Ave. and then crossed the yellow line several times. When officers attempted to stop the vehicle, the driver ran teh vehicle over the curb at Dollar General and then drove into the front of the store. She stated she was dizzy from medication. Z. T. Jan. 27 – Amber Lanette Barwell, 29, 305 Hardy St., Williamston reported a 10 inch Samsung tablet valued at $400, an Iphone 5s valued at $300 and a bluetooth headset valued at $60 taken from the residence. M. Beeman investigated.

Jan. 27 – Randall Dean Bruce, 49, 4 Diane Ave., Pelzer was arrested for disorderly conduct after officers were dispatched to Burger King, 928 Greenville Dr., and observed him lying in the parking lot. After threatening officers, he was arrested and transported to ACDC without furthur incident. R. Drennon investigated.

Jan. 27 – Joseph Lee Clark, 40, 15 Ridley St,. Williamston was arrested for trafficking methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers observed a white Chevy Corvette on Academy St. with tag lights not working. A search warrant was obtained. During the incident officers found a clear vacuum sealed package weighing 59 grams which reports state dropped from his left pantsleg. He was arrested and transported to ACDC. S. N. Robison investigated.

Jan. 28 – House of Pizza, 14 N. Hamilton St., Williamston reported a Rock Island Armory 5” 1911 9mm firearm taken from the office. The item was valued at $500. S. N. Robison investigated.

Jan. 29 – Jamiah Santez Johnson, 18, 431 Glenwood St. #A-5, Belton was arrested for simple possession of marijuana and minor in possession of beer after a silver truck was observed making a right turn onto Minor St., from Town Square Center. A baggie containing a green leafy substance field tested to be marijuana was found in a cup in the vehicle. Six cans of Coors Light beer was also found in the vehicle. Two other passengers in the fehcile and the driver were also arrested. Passengers in the vehicle identified as Devon Shyheim Tinsley, 18 and Keenan Isaiah Washington, 18, both of Belton were issued tickets for minor in possession. The driver, Kristopher Chevy Brock, 17, of Belton was issued a ticket for minor in possession and a ticket for manner of driving. They were all arrested and transported to ACDC. Z. T. Jan. 30 – Reginald Lee Holloway, 56, 30 Market St., Williamston was arrested for outstanding warrant with Belton PD after officers were dispatched to 209 E. Carolina St., in reference to a domestic dispute. According to reports he had left the residence and attempted to run from officers but was caught in a patch of sticky briars behind the residence. He was arrested and tansported to Cedar Grove Baptist Church where a Belton officer took him into custody. K. Anthony investigated.

Jan. 30- – Ronnie Cody Pittman, 18, 132 Victoria Way, Piedmont was arrested for simple possession of marijuana after officers were dispatched to McDonald’s in reference to a silver Honda Accord with subjects possibly smoking marijuana. According to reports, Pittman had a clear plastic baggy that contained marijuana and issued a UTT. The driver, Jacob Neighbors, was issued a UTT for a half smoked cigarette found in the ashtray which contained marijuana. T. L. Eichelberger, K. Anthony investigated.

Jan. 30 – Denardis Jamont Kilgo, 35, 101 Crawford St,. Williamston was arrested for criminal domestic violence after officers were dispatched to Pagoda Chinese Restaurant, 533 West Main St., in reference to a domestic. According to reports, during an earlier argument at 135 Crawford St., Williamston, Kilgo had pushed Amanda Marie Scott, who works at the restaurant, onto wooden steps causing her to cut her hand. Kilgo, who was on trespass notice at the restaurant, also had two knives and Scott stated she was in fear for her safety. Cpl. L. E. Mulz, Z. T. Parks investigated.

Jan 31 – Harry Kendall Major, Jr., 63, reported vandalism to an abandoned building at 310 Williams St. A window pane was busted out of a window in the abandoned building causing $30 in damage. K. Anthony investigated.
