Town of West Pelzer Fall Festival

The Town of West Pelzer will hold their annual Fall Festival – The Great WestFest Pumpkinpalooza, on Saturday, October 29, from 6-8 pm on Main Street in West Pelzer. Main Street (Hwy. 8) will be closed for the event which will be held from Bollinger Street (West Pelzer Baptist Church) to Hindman/Spring Street.

The event, as always, is free and open to everyone due to the Hospitality Tax collected by the Town of West Pelzer and the generosity of Anderson County Councilwoman Cindy Wilson.

From 6-8, event attendees will experience trunk-or-treating from West Pelzer Baptist Church, Living Water Church, Restoration Chapel, Life Journey Church, and Faith Presbyterian, free kids bounce houses and inflatable moonwalks, and DJ music and dancing by DJ-EZ.

This year West Pelzer is expanding the costume contest to include all children (age groups 0-3, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12), teenagers (13-18) adults (18+), and pets. Costume contest judging will begin at 7 pm.

Main Street will be closed from Bollinger Street to Hindman/Spring Street from 5:30pm until 8:30pm.

Attendees are encouraged to park at Living Water Church and West Pelzer Baptist Church. ADA accessible parking will be provided at West Pelzer Town Hall on Hindman Street. ADA accessible restrooms will be open for the duration of the event in West Pelzer Town Hall.

As the Town of West Pelzer continues to look for ways to improve our community and reinforce our relationships with family and friends, we welcome your church or organization to participate in this 100% free, community event with us.

If you would like to participate, please contact Paula Payton at ppayton@westpelzer.com or at Town Hall by phone at 864-947-6297.
