Two people were injured late Wednesday night in a single vehicle accident on Main Street in Piedmont. The vehicle struck two utility poles near First Baptist Church Road. The injured were transported to the hospital by Greenville EMS. Piedmont firefighters assisted EMS with patient care and traffic control.
