The Wren Fire Department responded to a multi-vehicle crash Sunday on I-85 North at Hwy 86. The accident happened around 12:50 pm. A Ford pickup truck was turned on its passenger side against the center wall. There was significant damage to the drivers side of the truck, and other vehicles involved. Left lanes of I-85 North were blocked while crews were on scene. One person was taken to the hospital with injuries by Pelzer EMS. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating.
